Description

The remove xss implementation has a third party root and is currently located in typo3/contrib. But the class was heavily adapted, fixed and speeded up. it might be an option to merge it to ext:core to some location (with mentioning the legal root for sure).
If that happens, the current ext/core/Tests/Legacy/typo3/contrib/removeXssTest.php should be moved as well.
