Description

After uninstalling DBAL in the Extension Manager, I get...
"#1203699034: A cache with identifier "dbal" does not exist."

Cache files seem not to be updates properly on deactivating an extension

Can confirm that. Found issue too during T3CS Linz. Don't know if this is an extensionmanager problem or just caching framework.
Anyway, Susanne nows it.
