Suggest-type dependencies break installation
The new Extension Manager does not take "suggests"-type dependencies into account. When installing an extension which declares such dependencies, e.g. "svconnector", which declares the following in its ext_emconf.php file:
'constraints' => array( 'depends' => array( 'typo3' => '4.5.0-4.7.99', ), 'conflicts' => array( ), 'suggests' => array( 'devlog' => '', ), ),
one gets the following exception:
suggestswas not a valid dependency type.

It is also reproducible on a fresh installation with system extensions like
1) Go to "
2) Choose to install
It aborts with exception "
suggestswas not a valid dependency type." (see screenshot).
