Feature #43501
opensys_note: Notes for groups
0%
Description
Currently notes are public or private. Might it be useful to also select a BE-group (or multiple) that a note is for?

Currently we have visibility-settings for groups with for example pages and content-elements. But these are FE-groups then and only matter for display in the frontend.
If people were to select BE-groups I think they might only be allowed to select from a list of groups they are member of (or all if admin).
Multiple groups: If the current note is for group A and B but editor is just of group A we might run into problems that he can't cleanly edit/save the note since he can't set notes for group B he is not a member of. So restricting it to one group is the only real way out imho.
