Description
When new users come to TYPO3 and set it up the first time they usually run into the two "popular" exception.
1) No page found
2) No template found
These exception are giving new users a hard time and may cause frustration before even getting really started with TYPO3. To avoid that we should add some more helpful messages about what to do next.

I'd suggest to provide two wiki pages and link to them from the error messages.

That's the easy solution, but surely not one that helps in increasing user experience ;)

Can we consider this closed? In version 7.6LTS at the end of installation you can choose to have a starting page with a sample Typoscript template (see #42988)
