Disable the functionality of extension cshmanual (TYPO3 Manual)

Description
Would like to be able to uninstall it just like all the other help / manual extensions coming with the core.

The core is full of references to this extension, so that is the main reason it is not uninstallable.
If you want to disable just the functionality there is an extension disablecsh. More information can be found at http://www.montagmorgen.at/typo3-extensions/extension-disablecsh.html

Installing an extension to disable another extension doesn't sound like a proper solution.
Then again, if some extension can easily disable the functionality, how about making it a configuration flag in the cshmanual ext?

EXT:disablecsh doesn't work on 6.2.1.
But at least you can disable the module with UserTS for admins:
options.hideModules.help = cshmanual
