Bring more and improved api methods to setup, extend and clean-up module menu.
Use cases:
- Add module group
- Add backend module to specific group at specific position

Will create a subtask in the Extbase issue tracker to start using this API once completed; Extbase currently has a bit of automation of its own in this regard:
It would be very nice if the API included a convention for the location of LLL files for each module, see for example:
