Won't have this time
Description
Core currently ships 2.0.2.
For compatibility and speed we should consider to upgrade to 4.x. Version 4.0 has recently been released.
Please also directly move this to a new location Resources/Public/JavaScript/videojs/ or something:)
- Category set to Frontend
- Status changed from New to Needs Feedback

We could update to latest 3.x from 1 year ago, as it is LGPL until this point.

for the proposed update extensive API changes would be required. Sorry, will not happen in the near future. After this issue is untouched for over one year, I close it now in order to reduce the sheer amount of issues without chance of action at the horizon.
