Duplicate #57392 says the abandoned patch solves the issue.
The problem still exists. Without the patch, only the first image within <img srcset="…" gets the absRefPrefix. Using the patched version every srcset-image-URL is prefixed correctly.
Confirmed! Can't use srcset with "absRefPrefix = /"
