Description

When fluid_styled_content is installed but css_styled_content is not there are no default content elements in the "New Content Element Wizard" until the page TSConfig is added. Currently it must be added by the TYPO3 integrator.
The behavior should be changed so that the TSConfig must not be included by hand but is autoloaded as soon as the extension is installed.
It should be possible to disable the autoloading by an extension configuration.
