TCAdefaults.___TABLENAME___.pid

setting is ignored for Inline and also for combinationChld. combinationChild, of course has the corresponding different tablename to use.

This also results in not being able to store relations if (I think it is foreign_where) limits the content to be from those pids.
At least if I manually modify the pid to the expected value it is stored correctly.
