Enable backendlayouts/ tsConfig on doktype menu seperator

Backend User Interface
Description
For the menu seperator it is desired to enable the field backendlayouts and tsconfig when using the menu seperator as container for doktype storages.
For example you want to include pageTs to only allow certain fields and set a backendlayout which contains no colpos so only records can be inserted here.
Atm you need to switch to page, set these settings and switch back.

Thanks for creating the issue. However these fields are not really useful by default at those doktypes. As the fields can really easily added by a custom extension, I am closing this issue.
Ofcourse it is possible to do within a custom extension, but it does not hurt to enable them.
These settings are inherit by their childpages and therefore it is very usefull to enable these. See the screenshot for our usecase (we want to set them e.g. on the item --- modules ---).

We the menu separator for building the tree structure in our projects.
It is visual different for the editor. We use the storage folder for keeping records and the menu separator for separating the main parts of the page tree. See screenshot.
It's just a matter of taste I guess.
As IMO this is a valid use-case I reopened this issue.
