Add log message for "Switch User action"

Description
If an admin switches to another be_user account, this action should be reported in the log.
Further all actions should be marked as admin user.
F.e.
Admin Account: AdminUserName
User Account: myUser.
Admin User Switches to User Account - Log Message:
User AdminUserName logged in from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx as myUser
For all actions done as "myUser" the User column should contain AdminUserName as [myUser] (see screenshot)

Looks like the second part of this issue is already supported in master.
If an admin user switches to another beuser, all logged actions in the backend will show something like "editor (via admin )" as the originator. (see my attached screenshot)
So only the actual switch from admin to another user is currently not logged. (which in my opinion would be a nice addition)
