Re-Design the admin panel

Description
- Settings influencing page rendering should be grouped together
- Multiple reloads while trying to change settings should be avoided
- Handling should be done via JS/Ajax to make UI feel smoother
- Most important info should be available at a glance with possibilities to show extended information
