• Add a couple of fields to your form
• Add an email finisher (to submitter)
• Select a field for the subject

Current behaviour¶

I see different icons but always the same label. It is always the label of the last form element. When selecting a field it adds always the identifier of the last element.

Expected behaviour¶

I see correct icon and labels of all available and fitting fields.
