Steps to reproduce:
  • Edit page properties
  • Set editlock to true
  • Save

Now the edit button is hidden because of the editlock property.

I have tested the patch: it adds the "Edit page properties" button, but the "Create new content element button" ist still missing in the page-module (9.4.0).
It is already accessible in the list module and it is possible to move and edit existing elements in the page module with an admin-account.

Hi Ben, thanks for your comment. I will have a further look at this patch because of more hints from Josef beside the visibillity of buttons.
