Speaking URLs for images (like fl_realurl_image does)

Description
In addition to the new SEO features from 9 LTS, i would be a nice addition to integrate "speaking URLs for images" (like fl_realurl_image does) into the core, too.
- Category changed from Site Handling, Site Sets & Routing to SEO
- Priority changed from Should have to Could have
- Status changed from New to Rejected
Although this is a nice idea, I'd say we should first create a concept and implementation (maybe as extension based on the new routing), as this will probably have lots of complex scenarios. In addition, the amount of PHP processes to render one single page with 10 images would be 11 instead of 1 then. For the time being, this won't go into TYPO3 Core, but I suggest to build an extension and let's see what is still necessary for TYPO3 Core to achieve this (e.g. FAL hooks). Hope that's ok with you!
