Description
The Pagetree is not scrollable in chrome android. It is possible to find pages through filter function.

I just tested the demo site demo.typo3.org (10.4.10) on an Android phone (6.0.1)
- the issue is not reproducible with Chrome browser (it is just a bit difficult to scroll the pagetree because you have to tap on the right side of the pagetree section, where the scrollbar should be)
- the issue is still reproducible with Firefox browser.

Tested on an Android 12 device (Pixel 3 XL):
- Chrome: The page tree panel does not scroll, although a tiny scroll bar does display. However, if you grip just the right spot on the right edge of it you can scroll the entire web page.
- Firefox: No scrollbar appears, although it does appear very briefly for a moment when the keyboard pops up, then disappears again. The tiny grabbable spot to scroll the whole page doesn't appear here.
