Description

Hi all,

I suggest to think about the removal of the checkbox "Restrict editing for non-Admins" in "Allowed excludefields" for table "pages"
because I think that never an editor needs this box as then they are not able to edit the contents and page properties anymore.
Why should an editor do that "harm" for themselves?

The fact that this box occurs also for table "tt_content" makes for me sense because I can think of scenarios where an (chief) editor
wants to make sure that the published text cannot be edit by any editor (including him-/herself).

I will provide a patch for this as soon as I have installed the necessary tools for contribution.

Cheers
Christian
