BE Filelist Drag'n drop directories (copy / move) not working

Description
In the filelist module the copy/move functionality via drag'n drop is not working. After drag and drop a directory the copy/move dialog appears, after selection nothing happens, no error message, not even js error in console. Copy/move via right click context menu is working.

I can still reproduce the issue with 10.4.0-dev (latest master);
the first problem is the lack of visual feedback; if you try to drag a folder onto another in the filelist tree folder view, there is no animation
then, the popup with move folder into/copy folder into appears, but it does not work. It is not even a refresh problem: it simply does nothing

We've re-worked the component in TYPO3 v11. Can you check this again with v11?

hey. i hope it's ok to close here: we reworked the file tree in v11, drag-drop of folders works and there is better visual feedback.
