the whole Method resolveRelatedRecords in the TcaInline FormDataProvider looks confuse for me, for Elements in the default-Language

Examples:

Install typo3/cms-styleguide (10.0.3)
create Workspace
set versioningWS => true for tx_styleguide_inline_1n_child TCA
Update DB-Schema
Go to page "Inline 1n"
create a new "inline 1:n foreign field" with one inline Record in Live WS
change to your WS and edit the inline Record in the "inline 1:n foreign field" Element

- changes are saved correct
- changes are not displayed correct in form engine
- clicking the Info-Icon in on the inline Records shows the changes correct

same Problem on with localized FAL CE-Relations:
go to WS
create da CE with and Image in default Language
localize the CE
edit die FAL-Rerence, i.g. Title

- changes are saved correct
- changes are not displayed correct in form engine

same for TYPO3 v9 and master
