FolderTree not loading on initial request of the Filelist module in Safari 14

Description
In Safari 14, the FolderTree is not loading when accessing the Filelist module (On first request e.g. after clearing all browser caches). Only after reloading the module, the FolderTree is rendered.

Safari never finishes loading about:blank.

It's working after accessing the module again as the correct URL is already set as source in the iFrame then.

It's like that on 14.0.1 on Big Sur as well (TYPO3 v10.4.10+)
