menu.showAccessRestrictedPages doesn't replace links in menus when HMENU.special = list is set.

Still present in version 4.5.7.
A patch could be:
Replace line 499 from file class.tslib_menu.php by this$loadDB->additionalWhere['pages']=$this->sys_page->enableFields('pages',0,$this->mconf['showAccessRestrictedPages']?array('fe_group'=>1):array());

I would of course did this patch, but I'm not using Git/Gerrit yet.
I will look at the link to a tutorial you gave, but i do not have a lot of time to do it these days
