If user changes his language setting in his preferences, menu frame is reloaded with new language but toolbar items stay in the old language. They should be reloaded too.

Currently there is no german translation available in the BE (7.0 master) to test this Issue.
Also I don't found the backend extension on the translation server.

No, we cannot test this yet in master but the main problem is that the BE main frame is not reloaded but only the module menu which should of course change.
