Time simulation in Frontend Preview

Description
Hi,
when you simulate a publish date/time in the frontend preview you have to click the refresh button twice to see the result. Maybe it's an issue with caching? To see this problem you first have to fix the frontend time control with the patch mentioned in <a href="view.php?id=5611">Bug 5611</a>.

The reason for this behaviour is that the submitted options (preview settings, simulate access time, etc.) are processed too late.
Attached is a patch for current Trunk (TYPO3 4.3-dev): 0009704_4-3.patch

Hmm, this has been pending so long? Oliver, do you know if it might still work against current versions? Could you submit it for review then maybe?

The whole function which is called in the patch is not there anymore.. So the question is: is this still a problem?
