Description

Due to the fact that starttime and endtime within l10n-records are not respected I'd suggest to set them to l10n_mode exclude

l10n_display should be set to defaultAsReadonly

I'm going to check further details later, but wanted to give others the oportunity to comment / discuss in the meantime.
