Hi,

Because to add a JavaScript file in an HTML5 document is made like this :

<script>FileName.js</script>

And no more like this :

<script type="text/javascript">FileName.js</script>

I purpose to remove adding type="text/javascript" if the doctype (set in config) is HTML5.
