Description

If a user belongs to multiple user groups which define allowed sys categories it might be that the same category is shown multiple times.

Imagine a category tree like

- A
-- A 1
-- A 2
-- A 3
- B
-- B 1

and usergroup 1 defines access to "A" and usergrup 2 defines access to "A 2" and "B 1" the tree for the user will be

- A
-- A 1
-- A 2
-- A 3
- A 2
- B 1
