Replacing an image in File > Filelist does not trigger recreation of thumbnail

Description
- If an Editor uploads an image an preview image is created.
- If you then upload another image with the same name you are asked to override the existing image.
- This works so far.
- But the preview image is not rerendered
IMHO all versions of this image in the image cache should be marked as invalid and deleted afterwards.
This is important, as the non correct preview image causes a lot of confusion for editors and integrators.
This worked with TYPO3 4.x so I see this as a regression!

In general I agree but I removed the regression flag.
This is due to the fact that FAL introduced a completely new technology and cannot be compared to the old way of handling files.
The bug in itself is totally valid, though.
