Create new Backend user creates two users

Description
Hey,
on current master i tried to create a new backend user.
I only set a name "test", a password and click "save & close".
The backenduser "test" gets created but there is also another backenduser called "test0" in the user list.
Reproducable every time i create a new backend user.
This seems to happen only in chrome.
Yep, confirmed in Chrome.
- Priority changed from Should have to Must have
- Target version set to 7.5
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Sprint Focus set to On Location Sprint
