IRRE: Child records with validation issues avoid saving of main form, even when they are deleted

Description

I've recognizes this issue in DCE extension under current dev-master.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a child element in IRRE
  2. Change an attribute of this child element, which requests an update (ctrl->requestUpdate)
  3. The child element needs at least one field which has some validations, like eval: trim,required.
  4. Now delete the child element from IRRE
  5. You are not able to save the main (parent) record. It still marks the tab which contains the IRRE field red

The only solution is to reload the form, which brings the "deleted" child element back, then you need to fill out the required fields and then you are able to delete the child record.
