PageTitleProvider should give possibility to remove site name

Description
With the new Title Tag API it is not possible to provide a final page title. The site name is always wraped. It would be great, if there is a flag, where you can say if the title should be wraped or not.

We didn't change anything about this currently and that is done by purpose. But because we want people to avoid the config.noPageTitle option, this might be a valid task.

Thanks for this fast patch. This can work. A better solution would be, that the provider can influence the wrap.
So that the provider not only gives back the title. Also it should be possible to say, this title is final.
If than the single provider gives no result, the fallbacks still have the site title. Can you follow me?

As discussed with Benni Mack: If you would like to remove the site title from the title tag, just don't add it to the TypoScript template.
I will close this issue.

Sorry for reopen this. But what you mentioned is not the point. Either I give a sitename or not, ok. But it would be great, to have the option, to disable the sitename for pages with a long site title. I think it is not a big deal or?
