"Show Fluid Debug" seems to be cached in regular FE-Cache

Description

If an authorized BE-User enables "Show Fluid Debug" in its admin panel, this seems to affect also non authorized / normal visitors of the website. They will see the debug output too, even if they aren't logged in into the backend.

Btw, is there any option to disable this checkbox by User/Page TS?
