Description

Currently there's no clear indicator that a user is working in a workspace (except in the page tree..).

I got a screenshot, where the top bar is colored orange. I just wrote the necessarry CSS for it.
Sb. has to find a smart way to make the changes active (by adding a tag to <body>? don't know..).

Just place workspaces_topbar.css and mask.png in typo3/sysext/t3skin/stylesheets/visual/ to give it a try.

Lars, feel free to adjust the shadows yourself ;-)
