Use enchant instead of aspell for rtehtmlarea

Description
As from the news from the GNU Aspell Project (http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/aspell-devel/2011-09/msg00000.html), aspell seems not to get any further development. Worse, the developer himself suggests using enchant instead.
Therefore I think it would be interesting to add the feature to RTE HTMLarea, in order to stay on track with the new technologies.

In my opinion we should try to find a consensus which way to go - hunspell vs enchant vs keep on using aspell. Pro and cons should be collected in this ticket, I'll close the other one now.
