If you want to remove the

__no wrap:__ 
 (see screenshot) over user config with:

<pre>
TCEFORM.tt_content.imageorient.removeItems = --div--
</pre> 

Position "0 = Above, center" is also removed. This bug allready exists in typo 4.5 !

Did you try to remove the items 25 and 26? This should also remove the whole optgroup.

I do not think that we will fix this for 4.x, because those are in priority&security maintenance.

If I remove 25 and 26, of course --div-- has gone.

But for this project specific config, I need imageorient 0 and 26

TCEFORM.tt_content.imageorient.removeItems  = 1, 2, 8,9,10,18,  17, 26

Its ok to fix it for 6.x branch.

Maybe this --div-- = no_wrap should be removed anyway, it's a bit odd anyway.

After some years I revisit this issues (Using my company user 'taywa') I think best would still be remove --div-- at all. As written here: #50570

This weird behaviour is still existing in 8.7 LTS (using 8.7.2 as of now).
I want to keep specific values of imageorient, but want to get rid of the optgroups inside the select box.
