Description

Create an option in the Install Tool to create a very basic site package for a new site. This should contain:
- 2 backend layouts (homepage, next page)
- frontend rendering for content (2 Fluid page templates)
- very basic styling
- directory structure

In short, a "Hello World!" package not something like the Introduction Package.
