Hi,
it seems that Bug #66858 is back:

The "manage extension" view of EM in TYPO3 6.2.25 offers Updates of Extensions, that are not suitable für TYPO3 6.x (namely templavoila 2.x and powermail 3.x).
Dependency-Checks occur on installation of extensions and not on download. Therefor the User does not get a warning because the updated extension was installed already.
The warnings only come up, when you uninstall and reinstall the extension.

I didn't notice it right away, but I suspect the following changes to have reintroduced the Problem:
