Shouldn't the InlineControlContainer accommodate the l10n_... options of TCA column configurations before config.behaviour.localizationMode can be dropped?

The current implementation of \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Form\Container\InlineControlContainer::render() in source:typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/Form/Container/InlineControlContainer.php#L90 does only take <column>.config into account. <column>.l10n_mode, <column>.l10n_display and <column>.l10n_cat are ignored.
