Link browser shows no information about translated tt_content elements

Description

The link browser (browse_links.php) only shows the title of the tt_content element. There is no chance to find the correct element if you have translated elements with the same title.
The attached patch adds the id to the title attribut of the link tag and indents the element title if the language is not default.
