Feature #70965
closedResponsive Image Rendering in fluid_styled_content

Description
It seems fluid_styled_content does not support Responsive Image Rendering (as described here: https://wiki.typo3.org/Responsive_Image_Rendering)
Why did you not implement this useful feature of css_styled_content?
Is it planned to implement it for LTS version?

This is a really big draw back of fluid_styled_content. All our current websites are responsive and we were using a default set of sourceCollection, which worked very well. So now with 7 LTS we are either stuck with css_styled_content or we have to find a way to use responsive images in fluid :/

When will there be a solution for responsive images in fluid_styled_content?

We would love to use fluid_styled_content, but unfortunately it's useless without supporting responsive images. It's a step backwards for me...
