Description

I overwrite the default TSconfig of rtehtmlarea with following typoscript:

RTE.classesAnchor.download.titleText = Foobar

In module "Info" -> "Page TSconfig" it's correctly shown with "titleText = Foobar", but it has no effect. If you insert a link in RTE the Link Popup shows the original title text "Initiates file download" instead of "Foobar".
