As an editor I want to manage my content in two clearly distinguished modes so that I have a clear idea of what is linked and what is unlinked between languages.

UAKs:
- There are two clear modes to choose from: The Connected mode and the Free mode.
- There is an assistant for creating a new language in the selected mode.
- There is an assistant for making the transition from one mode to another.
