Description

Hi,
since the last update the display of hidden records in the "View" module has stopped working.
The adminpanel is installed and activated and the setting "showHiddenRecords" is set.
When we downgrade to 9.5.14 all works as expected.

Version: 9.5.15
PHP: 7.2.29

Same problem with TYPO3 9.5.16
In my opinion this is a "must have", because the preview function is very important for content editors.

In 10.4.5 I also have the behaviour, that the hidden pages/records setting works for an admin user, but not for an editor.

We have the same problem on TYPO3 V. 9.5.19, PHP V. 7.4.3. Testet with admin and user.
